To further streamline brandSuite's all-in-one experience, we've decided to add Invoicing and Payments directly into brandSuite. This guide explains how to pay your invoice for your brandSuite services from your brandSuite App.

|| NOTE: Invoices for Brandarrow Agency services cannot be paid through brandSuite. Invoices for Brandarrow services will be sent separately and paid through Wave Payments. For more information or questions on this, please email: billing@brandarrowagency.com.

Invoices for brandSuite will be sent digitally by email while also appearing in the Invoices tab in the brandSuite App.

To pay your invoice through brandSuite: Click on the invoice, this will direct you to a landing page that displays all line items on the invoice and allows you to pay via credit or debit card.

It will look similar to what is shown above. After an invoice has been paid, you can click Download as PDF to save the receipt in PDF format. Your statement will indicate the following in the description: "BRANDSUITE, BRANDARROW".

That's it! You're good to go.

How to connect QuickBooks to brandSuite

You can connect your new or existing QuickBooks account to brandSuite with just a few clicks. Note that this connection must be made by the primary business user. Once connected, your QuickBooks account will be able to see and interact with the data that QuickBooks sends to brandSuite.

From brandSuite > Settings > Connections, the QuickBooks connection card will be visible. Click on the + button to begin connecting.

From here, the user will be taken to a QuickBooks login screen to enter their credentials.

Once signed in, the user must provide permission for the connection. Simply click "connect".

With that, the connection is complete. Now, QuickBooks data will appear in the Executive Report, and QuickBooks Online will be accessible from the side navigation of brandSuite.

How to point a New Domain to Website Pro

If you recently purchased the domain (or just have never pointed your domain to a site), then these instructions should allow you to point your domain to your Website Pro site. Follow these more specific GoDaddy Domain connection Instructions if your DNS records managed in GoDaddy. Follow these transfer domain instructions if you are transferring your domain from a previous host.

Part 1: Setting your DNS settings

Log into your DNS management service (often it is the same company you purchased the domain through).
Find the screen where DNS Records are managed
Your bare domain (like example.com) may show as @ or it might be listed as “example.com” depending on your DNS provider. Make sure it has an A Record, and change the value to be 104.154.100.138
If you have a subdomain (like www.example.com) it may show as “www” or as the full “www.example.com” depending on your DNS provider. It can have an A Record like the previous step, or it can a “CNAME” record with a value of host.websitepro.hosting
Make sure all your changes have saved.
To encourage the DNS system on the internet to update quickly you can flush Google’s DNS cache using their Google Public DNS Flush Cache

How to connect a CloudFlare Managed Domain

Cloudflare is a very popular and useful service at both paid and free subscription levels. Some businesses or agencies use it as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to cache static files and get their site loading faster, others just prefer to have a single nameserver to manage their Domain Name System (DNS) configurations.

Because of some of it’s features there are some steps you’ll have to follow to add any Cloudflare managed domain to your site in Website Pro:

Ensure your DNS Records (relevant A and CNAME records) are configured as explained here
In the “Crypto” tab of Cloudflare change the “SSL” to Full
In the “Crypto” tab of Cloudflare change “Always use HTTPS” to Off
In Website Pro, add the domain(s) in the Domains tab. Note: There might be some propagation delay for those records. See the DNS Record Caching article for more information about that.
In the “Crypto” tab of Cloudflare change “Always use HTTPS” to On, when the status of the domain(s) is “connected” in Website Pro.

|| Note: Unfortunately CloudFlare has some technical limitations if you are using a four level domain (like “www.your.business.com“) that can be solved in one of two ways:

Turn off the DNS and HTTP Proxy mode for that domain, or
Purchase additional SSL Certificates for CloudFlare under the “Crypto” tab under the “Edge Certificates > Order SSL Ce
